Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The hair must be unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The hair must be in its original condition as received

  • The hair must not be installed, brushed, combed, cut, coloured, or styled in any way

  • All original packaging must be intact

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on hair that has been worn, installed, or modified in any way.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • Review the issue carefully

  • Request photos/videos if needed

  • Assess whether the item is genuinely faulty

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or a partial refund.

If, after inspection, the product is found not to have any fault, you will not be eligible for a refund.
